Mark has been more than just a dedicated leader — he’s been a mentor, a steady hand, and a true embodiment of the EF Moon values. His years of hard work, commitment to excellence, and genuine care for the people around him have helped shape the company we are today.

While we’ve been missing him around the workplace these past few months, it was great to gather as a team and honour the impact he’s made on all of us. We’re also incredibly proud and excited for what lies ahead in his next chapter. Whether it’s time with family, travel, or just enjoying a well-earned break — we know he’ll make the most of it.
