In 2022 EF Moon Construction took on a Telecommunications project in the RM of Harrison Park. The project consisted of the installation of high-speed fibre optic cables in the town of Onanole, Manitoba and surrounding areas.

EF Moon Construction was responsible for the installation of mainline telecom conduits as well as micro duct lines to residential and commercial properties. This also included most recreational properties in the area that frequents Riding Mountain National Park in the summer months.

Once all mainline and service conduit were installed, fibre optic cables were jetted through to homes, businesses and splitter vaults for hookups.

The project took approximately 6 months to complete, and we used a wide variety of specialty machines to complete the work. Soft dig hydrovac units, horizontal directional drilling machines as well as vibro plows and excavators were on site for the duration of the project. We have gotten much praise from residents who were thrilled to now have reliable lighting fast internet services.
